Thanks for stopping by and learning more about our company. Our founder, Evangelos Piperakis, has been in the construction field for over 30 years. Starting out at his family’s plumbing contracting business and all the way to his own design/build homes as well as remodels.

He got his Construction Engineering degree in 1999. Worked as a Quality Control supervisor as well as Estimator for a Government General Contractor, working on projects such as air traffic control towers, fire stations, and more at military bases.

He is also a NYC Licensed Master Plumber and has worked on projects in everything from high rise apartment remodels to hospitals, school labs and libraries.

Now back in Florida, he is a Licensed Building Contractor as well as Plumbing Contractor, allowing him to tackle a wide range of home renovation projects of all sizes. His passion is working on homes and taking care of his clients needs as if they were family. Whether it’s a small remodel project, a new kitchen, bathroom, or a complete upgrade of your home. His attention to detail and desire to bring your design dreams to life will make working with us an easy and fun experience.
